We want to make returning items as easy as possible, even when you’re shopping from abroad. Here’s everything you need to know about our international returns process:

Start Your Return in Seconds

Need to return something? Use our Returns Portal to quickly kick off the process. It’s simple—just a few clicks, and you’re on your way.

Find the Nearest DHL Express Location

Once you’ve got your return label, you’ll need to drop it off. Use the DHL Locator to find the closest DHL Express spot in your area. Just input your country and zip code, and you’re set!

Return Fees

There’s a fee for international returns, which can vary depending on where you’re located. Don’t worry, you’ll see the total charge before you finish your return, and it’ll be subtracted from your refund amount.

Refunds Only, No Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only, so exchanges aren’t available. If you’re returning an item, you’ll receive your refund once the return is processed.

Only Online Orders Can Be Returned

Please note that only items purchased online can be returned using our online returns service. You can’t return online orders at any EnsigniaStore locations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective or not what you ordered, reach out to our Customer Experience Team right away. We’ll arrange a free return for you and investigate the issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
